Send your company name, event date, venue and postcode, guest count and preferred services. Include serving times, access arrangements and any food requirements so we can discuss a suitable setup before you book.
If your workplace or venue needs supplier documents, let us know early. We can share our insurance, equipment-testing and training information for their review.
For food and drinks, please discuss allergies and dietary requirements with us before booking so we can explain the relevant ingredient information and options.
